race relations since Obama became president

has racism really changed since Obama became president? many people believe that because we have a black president, that racism will just have magically disappeared. Some say that a black person is the perfect person to stop racism in america. well consider this if racism was a big problem under a white president wouldnt it just be worst now that their is a black president in office. seems to me that now even more then ever racist organizations would fight to try to maintain power because they would feel that the president `s only purpose is to root them out and get rid of them. I believe that oraganizations like the kkk would try even harder to recruit new members not just the average man but men in positions of power, men who can help them when they become very active. one thing everyone should know is that racism will never die and it is something we have to fight hard and live with because as long as their is one who believes in supremecy their will always be those who are willing to follow not because they agree but because everyone in this world needs to belong, everyone needs something bigger then them to live for even if that something is wrong
